The Contracting Authority, Wishes To Put In Place A Framework Agreement With A Suitably Qualified Contractor (Hereafter Referred To As The ‘Contractor’) To Act On Behalf Of The Contracting Authority In Carrying Out The Building Contractor Services Associated With The Development Of The Noise Insulation Programme At Dublin Airport As Described In The Attached Rfi Documents, And Other Associated Works As Required By The Contracting Authority.
