This Project Will Repair And Replace Segments Of The Retaining Wall And Replace Stairs On The North Side Of Linden Residence Hall. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To, Retaining Wall Footing And Masonry Replacement, Site Lighting, Concrete Stairs, Sidewalk Replacement, Landscaping, And Site Drainage Improvements. An Accessible Pedestrian And Equipment Access Route Will Be Provided To The Plaza Level.
