Scope Of Services:

The Training Specialist Will Carry Out His/Her Responsibilities Under Direct Supervision Of The Project Director And In Collaboration With Deputy Project Director And Senior Project Coordinator And Other Technical Staff.

The Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of Training Specialist Includes, But Not Limited To:

Capacity Building:

A. Prepare Capacity Building Plan And Budget As Per Requirement Of The Project And Based On Project Needs;

B. Review And/Or Develop Training Manuals A
